Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Cakes UAE. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website, placing orders, making payments, and receiving cake delivery services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to follow these terms.

General Information

Cakes UAE provides fresh cakes and related products for customers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Our cake collection includes kids cakes, custom cakes, vintage cakes, and cakes in all popular flavours. We aim to provide accurate product details, smooth ordering, and reliable service. However, product availability may change based on demand, delivery area, and seasonal requirements.

Orders and Confirmation

Customers must provide correct order details while placing an order. This includes name, contact number, delivery address, cake type, flavour, message, date, and delivery time. Cakes UAE will confirm the order after receiving complete details and successful payment. Any wrong information may cause delay or failed delivery.

Product Images and Customisation

Product images shown on our website are for reference purposes. Actual cake design, colour, decoration, and finishing may slightly vary. This can happen due to lighting, screen settings, ingredient availability, or handmade preparation. For custom cakes, customers must share clear design instructions before order confirmation. Once production starts, major design changes may not be possible.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing depends on cake size, design, flavour, customisation, and additional requirements. Customers must complete payment through the available payment methods. Cakes UAE may cancel or hold orders if payment is incomplete or unsuccessful.

Delivery Terms

Cakes UAE offers cake delivery in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Customers must provide accurate delivery details and an active phone number. Our delivery team may contact the sender or recipient for location confirmation. Delivery time may vary due to traffic, weather, location access, order volume, or other unavoidable situations. We always try to deliver orders safely and on time.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery may be available for selected cakes and locations. Orders must be placed before the required cut-off time. Same day delivery depends on product availability, preparation time, and delivery slot availability. Cakes UAE may suggest an alternative cake or delivery time when the selected option is unavailable.

Cancellation Policy

Customers should request order cancellation as early as possible. Cancellation may not be accepted once cake preparation has started. Custom cake orders, personalised cakes, and urgent delivery orders may not be eligible for cancellation. Refund approval depends on order status and company policy.

Refund and Replacement

Cakes UAE works hard to provide fresh and high-quality cakes. If there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact us immediately with clear photos and order details. Refunds or replacements may be considered only after proper review. Complaints raised after long delays may not qualify for refund or replacement. Taste preferences, slight design differences, or delivery delays caused by incorrect details may not be eligible.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must check all order details before confirming payment. They must ensure the recipient is available at the delivery location. If the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or the address is incorrect, delivery may be delayed or marked unsuccessful. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Allergies and Ingredients

Our cakes may contain dairy, gluten, nuts, eggs, chocolate, fruits, and other ingredients. Customers must inform us about allergies or special dietary needs before placing an order. Cakes UAE will try to follow customer instructions where possible. However, we cannot guarantee complete allergen-free preparation due to shared kitchen handling.

Website Use

Customers must use our website only for lawful purposes. Any misuse, copying content, false ordering, hacking attempt, or harmful activity is strictly prohibited. Cakes UAE may restrict access or cancel orders if suspicious activity is found.

Offers and Discounts

Offers, discounts, and promotional codes may have specific terms. They may apply only to selected products, dates, or delivery areas. Cakes UAE may modify, pause, or withdraw offers without prior notice. Discounts cannot always be combined with other offers.

Limitation of Liability

Cakes UAE is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect order details, recipient unavailability, delivery restrictions, natural events, technical issues, or third-party payment failures. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the confirmed order.

Changes to Terms

Cakes UAE may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Customers should review this page regularly before placing orders.
